Collingswood |

Haddonfield |
Take a day trip into Haddonfield for spectacular downtown shopping and dining in a town full of great history and architecture. Looking for an active day? Haddonfield has walking tours all year long and is close to the Cooper River, great for running, walking and canoeing.

South Street |
Check out the quirky, bohemian atmosphere on South Street, the Philly spot lined with shops, eateries, bars, and often live music.
- From campus, head right on N 5th St for two blocks, to the City Hall PATCO station on Market St.
- Catch a westbound PATCO train, and take it to the 9th and 10th St station.
- Head out of the station, and walk one block east on Locust St.
- Turn right on S 8th St and head a few blocks down until you hit South St.

Historic District |
Philly's got some great history. Take a class field trip on your terms to see the Liberty Bell, Independence Hall, National Constitution Center, Independence Visitor Center and other historic sites. Here's how to get to the Independence National Park from Rutgers:
- From campus, head right on N 5th St for two blocks, to the City Hall PATCO station on Market St.
- Catch a westbound PATCO train, and take it to the 8th and Market St station.
- Exit the station, and head two blocks east on Market.
- The Liberty Bell is on 6th and Market.

Atlantic City |
You're closer to the east coast's hottest gaming, entertainment and beach mecca than you think. For a night out at flashy casinos, exciting clubs, and some great restaurants or a day at the beaches, follow the instructions below:
- From campus, head right on N 5th St for two blocks, to the City Hall PATCO station on Market St.
- Hop on an eastbound train towards Lindenwold, and exit at there, at the final PATCO station.
- At the Lindenwold, transfer onto a NJ Transit Atlantic City line train.
- Take the NJ Transit train all the way into A.C.
- Shuttles run from the Atlantic City Rail Terminal to the boardwalk casinos.

South Philadelphia Sports Complex |
At Rutgers, you're only a few train stops away from some of the most exciting sports atmospheres in the nation. Check out Flyers, Sixers, Phillies and Eagles games by taking PATCO into Philly and then riding SEPTA to the stadiums. Can't get tickets into the Linc for an Eagles home game? Take the ride to the stadium anyway for a day of tailgating with some of the most diehard football fans there are.
- From campus, head right on N 5th St for two blocks, to the City Hall PATCO station on Market St.
- Take a westbound PATCO train, and take it to the 12th-13th St station.
- Follow signs to SEPTA's Broad Street Line, which glides right to the stadium district.
