PATCO emails are not staffed on a 24/7 basis. Inquiries and comments are reviewed Monday through Friday during regular business hours. Emails requiring a reply are normally addressed within at least 48 working hours of receipt. Inquiries submitted after hours, on a weekend or holiday will be addressed the following business day.
