PATCO Eagles Super Bowl Championship Parade Information
PATCO will operate a special modified schedule on Friday, February 14, 2025, to accommodate attendees for the Eagles Super Bowl LIX Championship Parade in Center City, Philadelphia. The Eagles claimed a commanding 40-22 victory, and now it's time to celebrate!
With an estimated 80,000 passengers expected to travel from South Jersey to Center City via PATCO, more than four times the typical weekday ridership, PATCO has designed a dedicated parade service aimed at efficiently moving as many riders through the system as possible.
On parade day, from 6 a.m. to 1 p.m., PATCO will operate westbound-only service from four New Jersey stations, Lindenwold, Woodcrest, Ferry Avenue, and City Hall, with nonstop service to 9/10th & Locust Street. Starting at 1 p.m., PATCO will transition to operating eastbound-only service from 9/10th & Locust Street. Normal service is expected to resume at 7 p.m.
We are excited to be part of getting you to the celebration- travel safely and enjoy the parade!

- Day of Parade Purchases
- Tickets will be available for purchase on the day of the parade at ticket windows and ticket vending machines. But don't be an amateur! This will add extra time to your trip as it involves waiting in a separate line. After purchasing your ticket, you will need to wait in another line to board.
- Crowd Advisory. Yes, it will be crowded! The parade is expected to attract record crowds and traveling to and from the parade will take much longer than usual. PATCO is expecting nearly 80,000 riders- more than four times our normal daily weekday ridership. While riders arrive at different times before the parade, everyone exits at once when it ends, which may lead to longer-than-desired waiting times for the return trip. PATCO's parade schedule is designed to move as many riders through the system as quickly and efficiently as possible.
- Parking. Parking at PATCO stations is expected to reach full capacity. Riders are encouraged to arrive early if parking or consider getting dropped off at the station.
- PATCO offers parking at Lindenwold, Woodcrest, and Ferry Avenue. PATCO does not offer parking at City Hall Station.
- In 2018, the parking lots at Lindenwold and Woodcrest Stations were the first to reach capacity, while Ferry Avenue was the last.
- Please park only in designated spaces. Creating your own parking space is not only discourteous but also disrupts traffic flow and access for other customers. vehicles parked outside marked spaces will be ticketed and towed at the vehicle owner’s expense. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
- Alcoholic Beverages. Open containers of alcoholic beverages are not permitted on PATCO, including stations, platforms, and trains. Passengers will be asked to dispose of them upon entering PATCO stations. No fun, we know!
- Bicycles & Strollers. To safely accommodate as many passengers as possible, bicycles will not be permitted on PATCO trains during this period. Strollers are permitted, must be folded and carried while on the train.
- Ben Franklin Bridge Pedestrian Walkway. The Ben Franklin Bridge South Walkway will be open at its normal hours from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. The North Walkway will be closed.
- In 2019, a full-width ramp replaced the narrow stairs on the New Jersey side of the south walkway, offering smoother travel and removing the delays caused by the stairs.
- Go Birds! Thank you for choosing PATCO to get you to the parade! We know it's going to be a busy and exciting day, and we appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to get everyone to and from the parade as efficiently as possible. Enjoy the celebration!
