Automated Vending Machines

New Automated Vending Machines are available at each PATCO station. You may purchase a new Smart Card (at a cost of $5 for the card itself) as well as add at least $20 value to a Smart Card using cash, debit or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express).

Occasional riders may purchase one and two-ride Paper Tickets for cash from AVM's. No need to stop for coins. The same AVM even sells a discounted SEPTA ticket.

Just touch your Smart Card on the target or insert a Paper Ticket in the slot to enter & exit. Fast & Easy!

New Parking Gates

Touch your Smart Card on the target to park in premium lots between 5 and 10 a.m. – no more coins at the gate! (The majority of PATCO parking is free). No more treadles either!
